CBI की बड़ी कार्रवाई : बीएसएफ दिल्ली के लेखा कार्यालय में तैनात सहायक लेखा अधिकारी दो लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मामले में रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार
नई दिल्ली । केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (CBI) ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए सीमा सुरक्षा बल (BSF) के भुगतान लेखा कार्यालय (PAO), पुष्प भवन, दिल्ली में तैनात सहायक लेखा अधिकारी (AAO) धर्मेंद्र कुमार वर्मा को रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी अधिकारी पर शिकायतकर्ता के वेतन और एरियर बिल पास कराने के एवज में दो लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मांगने का आरोप है।
सीबीआई को मिली शिकायत के अनुसार, आरोपी AAO ने शिकायतकर्ता के लंबित बिल को पारित करने के लिए कुल देय राशि का 15 से 20 प्रतिशत रिश्वत के रूप में मांगा था। शिकायतकर्ता के अनुसार, यह राशि करीब दो लाख रुपये के आसपास थी। प्रारंभिक बातचीत के बाद आरोपी अधिकारी ने कुछ अन्य अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के साथ मिलकर यह तय किया कि कुल दो लाख रुपये की रिश्वत ली जाएगी।
शिकायत की पुष्टि के बाद सीबीआई ने 18 जुलाई 2025 को इस मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की। इसके बाद एक रणनीतिक जाल बिछाया गया, जिसके तहत सीबीआई की टीम ने आरोपी को उसी दिन शिकायतकर्ता से रिश्वत की पहली किस्त के रूप में 40,000 रुपये लेते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ लिया। कार्रवाई के दौरान आरोपी द्वारा दो लाख रुपये की मांग की पुष्टि हुई।
गिरफ्तारी के बाद आरोपी धर्मेंद्र कुमार वर्मा को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है। सीबीआई का कहना है कि इस मामले में कुछ अन्य अज्ञात व्यक्तियों की संलिप्तता भी सामने आ सकती है, जिनकी पहचान के लिए जांच जारी है।
सीबीआई सूत्रों के अनुसार, यह मामला सरकारी कार्यालयों में भ्रष्टाचार के गंभीर स्तर को दर्शाता है, जहां व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए आम नागरिकों को मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया जाता है। शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा समय पर शिकायत दर्ज कराए जाने और सीबीआई द्वारा तत्पर कार्रवाई किए जाने से इस पूरे प्रकरण का भंडाफोड़ संभव हो पाया।
एजेंसी ने बताया कि मामले में विस्तृत छानबीन जारी है और संबंधित दस्तावेज़ों की भी जांच की जा रही है। आरोपी को अदालत में पेश किए जाने की प्रक्रिया जारी है।
सीबीआई का कहना है कि वह भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों में सख्त रुख अपनाए हुए है और किसी भी दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।

Very good job done by CBI and PAD BSF New Delhi is out of control from Border Security Force as all PAD of CAPF are working directly under MHA. In general BSF organization is again suffering in eyes of general public because of PAD is concered with BSF. As an BSF persnal my opinion is that all PAD of CAPF to be further given under control with concern respective forces and control of civilians to be stoped.

Since 2010, the Pay & Accounts branch of BSF is purely under AG MHA and such complaints are frequent by BSF soldiers but BSF HQ has no control over them. There are also complaints by the Civilian suppliers of the Force and it gives wrong impression that there is corruption in BSF.
A strict vigilance is required to be mounted. Irony is that BSF have Vigilance Branch but lack powers & interest for want of clear directions whereas every citizen have rights to report against corruption.
Hope CBI will act fast on it and without accepting any pressure from AG, MHA

There r some officials in PAD who used to harass the BSF Personnel n they don’t listen to even their senior officers for legitimate dues. Control if PAD be handed back to BSF for better services as earlier which is presently with CAG.

We are also facing same problem our area of deputation allounce is pending since long time in NCB Kolkata Zone but neither NCB is ready to pay nor BSF we have given written application to all concerned but any answer received from any end and if we pay bribe it will be processed
