नई दिल्ली । कश्मीर में हाल ही में हुए आतंकवादी हमले में 26 निर्दोष नागरिकों की जान जाने की हृदयविदारक घटना पर ‘नेशनल ह्यूमन राइट्स एंटी क्राइम एंड एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो’ (NHRACACB) ने गहरा शोक व्यक्त करते हुए इसे मानवता, न्याय और राष्ट्रीय एकता पर सीधा हमला करार दिया है। ब्यूरो ने इस हमले की कड़े शब्दों में निंदा करते हुए भारत सरकार से पारदर्शी जांच, दोषियों को सख्त सजा, और प्रभावी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की माँग की है।
ब्यूरो द्वारा जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में इस हमले को लेकर सरकार से चार प्रमुख सवाल पूछे गए हैं—इस हमले के पीछे कौन-सी खुफिया और सुरक्षा चूकें रहीं? दोषियों की पहचान कर उन्हें न्याय के कटघरे में लाने के लिए क्या तात्कालिक कदम उठाए गए हैं? भविष्य में ऐसे हमलों को रोकने के लिए सरकार की क्या रणनीति है? और पीड़ित परिवारों को किस प्रकार की सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है?
ब्यूरो ने कहा है कि “न्याय केवल किया ही नहीं जाना चाहिए, बल्कि होता हुआ दिखाई भी देना चाहिए।” उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि इस हमले की निष्पक्ष और निष्कलंक जांच आवश्यक है ताकि आम नागरिकों का लोकतंत्र और कानून व्यवस्था पर विश्वास बना रहे। साथ ही उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की है कि कश्मीर जैसे संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और अधिक मजबूत किया जाए तथा आधुनिक तकनीकों के उपयोग से निगरानी और खुफिया तंत्र को सशक्त बनाया जाए।
ब्यूरो ने पीड़ित परिवारों के प्रति संवेदना प्रकट करते हुए उन्हें हरसंभव सहायता उपलब्ध करवाने की बात कही और यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि संगठन मानवाधिकार, न्याय और राष्ट्रीय अखंडता के लिए सदैव सक्रिय रहेगा।
